For the avoidance of doubt, we are at the start-up stage and actively working towards setting up our first operation.
Our imperatives are integrity, safety and environmental compliance. We will not pursue an opportunity unless the imperatives are satisfied in the first place.
We view these imperatives as a comprehensive, all-encompassing concept covering all stakeholder groups in their respective contexts.
We manage expectations of shareholders by timely providing true and fair information about all business activities and acting in their best interests.
Health and safety is the primary concern. Second, we aim to contribute to the professional development of our personnel.
We seek to establish long-term balanced relations with our business partners based on openness and good business practices.
We look to make a positive impact on local communities by creating jobs, supporting community initiatives and minimising any nuisance associated with our activities.
Our position is that of a responsible tax payer and employer.
Further to being in an sustainability sector, we are looking for ways to perform business activities in the most environmentally compliant manner.
Our impact on the society is through adhering to the example of putting integrity ahead of profits.
We will structure any business activity we undertake with those imperatives in the first place and be and it may.
